Dirt, blessed salt, found eroded wood segments, broken brick,
beeswax candle
Each object was encountered spontaneously and salvaged after considering whether or not I could grow to love each object respectively. The altarpiece was then constructed as a means of translating love to objects once discarded—enacting them as conduits for care.
